1. Where is my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery directly with the carrier. If it has been more than 2 business days since you placed your order and you haven’t received a tracking link, please contact us at support@shop-trvpfvshion.com.

2. What is your shipping policy? We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 0–2 business days, and the typical transit time is 3–5 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. If you received your order in error or wish to return an item, please contact our support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. What should I do if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will need to provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging to initiate a refund or replacement.
