Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Note: If you placed an order in error, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns beyond the 30-day window.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package for your convenience. To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.

  3. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our support team to request a new one.

Restocking Fee

We believe in a customer-first approach; therefore, there is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for all items that meet our return criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item(s).

  2. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Send the photos along with your order details to support@shop-trvpfvshion.com.

Claims submitted after 7 days or without visual proof may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method used during checkout.
